[Bug 885608] Re: if you manage to get onboard move button offscreen you can't get it back

Fixed in trunk (I believe). It should be harder to push the move button off the display edges, even partially. If this somehow still happens, the button is brought back into view on resize, hide and restart.
Tested in unity, unity-2d, gnome-shell and gnome classic.
