[Bug 885608] [NEW] if you manage to get onboard move button offscreen you can't get it back

a user has managed to get the onboard currently in the proposed repos
for oneiric off screen to the right, and can't get it back at all, even
uninstalling and reinstalling onboard the window opens off screen to the
right.
