All looks good, a few question though:

* I don't get why in the changelog, there is:
at-spi2-atk (2.0.1-1) UNRELEASED; urgency=low
at the very bottom of it
and so why the current revision is at-spi2-atk (2.0.1-0ubuntu2)?
Are we based or not on the debian version, I can't access to http://packages.qa.debian.org/a/at-spi2-atk.html as well,

* Do you know if there is any plan to switch from gconf to gsettings?

* please fix the maintainer in debian/control, your email address is duplicated
Maintainer: Luke Yelavich <themuso at ubuntu.com> <themuso at ubuntu.com>

Note to myself: build-dep on libatspi2.0-dev (provided by at-spi2-core),
see MIR #787927

** Changed in: at-spi2-atk (Ubuntu)
       Status: New => Incomplete
