Same problem here. I tried to upgrade from natty by using update-
manager, here's the failed log:

2011-08-29 22:22:09,923 ERROR Exception during pm.DoInstall()
Traceback (most recent call last):
  File "/tmp/update-manager-mgOEtj/DistUpgradeView.py", line 201, in run
    res = pm.do_install(self.writefd)
SystemError: E:Could not perform immediate configuration on 'python-pyatspi2'. Please see man 5 apt.conf under APT::Immediate-Configure for details. (2)
