@Francesco: I had the same problem as Helmut's with gksu. I removed at-spi and tried mousetweaks from your PPA. Problem seems to be gone.
But another thing I've noticed (not sure if this issue was in original mousetweaks): when I release left mouse button after after a while (to get right-click effect), right-click effect occurs, but so does the left-click (for example: trying to open file/dir/link menu with holding left mouse button opens right mouse button menu but also opens file/dir/link. I guess this left-click should be somehow blocked when mousetweaks timeout reaches it's end.
