Public bug reported:
Binary package hint: mousetweaks
The new upstream version of mousetweaks is 2.91.3, but the package is
still using 2.91.3, though debian/changlog lists the changes that went
into mousetweaks 2.91.3.
Moreover, as Ubuntu natty will continue to ship the gnome-panel (even
though it might not be in the default installation), I wonder whether
the new default of not enabling the applets should be reverted for
Ubuntu natty. Here is a quote from the announce message of mousetweaks
2.91.3:
[quote]
The 2.91 branch of mousetweaks is aimed at GNOME 3 that is shipping the new GNOME Shell and that does not anymore use the gnome-panel. Thus, we have changed the default of mousetweaks to not build the applets for the gnome-panel.
However, if your distribution is still shipping the gnome-panel, I would suggest to enable the building of the applets when packaging mousetweaks for the distribution. There are two new configuration switches for that:
--enable-dwell-click
--enable-pointer-capture
By doing so, the people using a desktop with the gnome-panel will be able to install the applets as usual on the panel. And for people using a desktop without the gnome-panel, there is probably no other drawback than the little space used by the applets on their harddisk.

I am going to attach the tarball of mousetweaks and the corresponding debianisation to this bug thread. You might also download the tarball from here, if you want to verify its origin:
