Public bug reported:
Binary package hint: gnome-orca
I propose to have a upstart keybinding event to restart orca on demand.
Vinux uses Xbindkeys [1] to restart orca with ctrl+shift+o
/etc/event.d/orca-restart
####################
# orca-restart - restarts orca with a key bindings
#
#
start on orca-restart
exec orca --replace
