While the WORKAROUND given above by the developers of the software may
be valid, it is not a good workaround for those who do not know the
Onboard Keyboard is even installed. Ubuntu is supposed to designed for
all to use easily. This is not even easy for able-bodied users to find.
Those with disabilities who need this accessable keyboard are required
to first search and determine the Onboard Keyboard is even installed,
then try to find where to turn on the menu item so they can use it?
