Public bug reported:
Binary package hint: festival
Since OSS compatibility is not a requirement and there is a suggested
configuration in README.Debian for ALSA based systems:
"We recommend that you use alsa. The example of festivalrc is provided
below
(Parameter.set 'Audio_Command "aplay -q -c 1 -t raw -f s16 -r $SR $FILE")
(Parameter.set 'Audio_Method 'Audio_Command)"
The OSS compatibility stuff should be recommends not depends.
