Binary package hint: speech-dispatcher

Speech-dispatchers is not properly started in LiveCD (Ubuntu 9.10
"Karmic Koala" - Alpha i386 (20090911) leaving Orca screen-reader
without a speech system.

Perhaps the boot scripts should be run with  RUN_SPEECHD=yes
