Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: espeak

Dear friends,

Please look:

dawn at dawn-desktop:~$ espeak one two
bt_audio_service_open: connect() failed: Connection refused (111)
bt_audio_service_open: connect() failed: Connection refused (111)
dawn at dawn-desktop:~$

And the audio is in no way understood. It sounds like it is being played
extremely fast.

On the other hand, if I output the audio to a file using the -w option
the audio in the file is good.

Blessings.
