Binary package hint: speech-dispatcher

On upgrading from 9.04 to 9.10
Problems with couch-db, kerneloops-daemon and speech dispatcher - was trying to send reports when the upgrade aborted and left my system in an unstable state. Now trying to get it back - good job I'm familiar with shell!
