This code will not be included, since the methods for accessing some
information are less than optimal, for example fetching battery status
makes some rather bad assumptions about the user's machine, such as not
having ACPI.

This should be included in orca upstream, and implemented in a more sane
way, if you file a bug upstream, http://bugzilla.gnome.org/ against the
orca module/package, and report back with the bug number, this bug can
be linked to the orca bug tracker, and when this functionality is
included, this bug can be closed.

Marking won't fix for now.
