I am sorry but I cannot reproduce the problem on 2 other machines which
indicates this is a configuration problem.   I personally suspect you
should contact support or convert this bug into a question and look for
assistance from the community.   In either case I am new to triaging and
my inexperience says I should leave your ticket categorized as NEW until
another triager makes a disposition or a triager with more experience
troubleshooting this issue can help.
