[Bug 496802] [NEW] ktts stop speeking

Binary package hint: kttsd

when I did an update to my system a week or so ago it stopped working at
work and home. when you go to configure, talker then test that works
fine but when you speak the clipboard nothing. if you go to jobs tab and
click the speak clipboard you can see the text getting que but no sound
at all.
