[Bug 196146] [NEW] drop dependency on python-xml

Binary package hint: onboard

please drop the dependency on python-xml (trying to demote this to
universe), it is only used for calling the PrettyPrint function.
Avoiding any other dependency would be nice, else python-4suite-xml
seems to have a replacement.
