    - remove debian/patches/remove-openpgpjs/0020-drop-use-of-OpenPGP.js-for-generating-minimal-keys.patch
    - add debian/patches/restore-openpgpjs.patch

  * Relax debhelper requirement

    - update debian/compat
  * Use dh-autoreconf
    - update debian/control
    - update debian/rules
