* Upload to the partner archive.
* Update to Standards-Version 3.9.5.
* Make openem Architecture: all and install the contents of the source
in /usr/src where expected, instead of relying on users to run 'apt-get
source'.
* Fix debian/copyright to comply with copyright-format 1.0.
