netapi (01.00.00.10-0ubuntu1) trusty; urgency=medium

  * Split the transport-net-lib package into separate hplib, netapi packages,
    corresponding to the actual upstream components.
  * Upload to the partner archive.
  * Bump debhelper compat level to 9.
  * Update Standards-Version to 3.9.5.
  * debian/rules: use $(CURDIR) instead of $(PWD); PWD was being set
    explicitly so it wasn't an error, but this makes lintian happy and is no
    less correct.
  * fix debian/rules to not build object files outside the build tree.
  * Add cross-build support.
  * Properly clean up after build.
  * Fix debian/copyright to comply with copyright-format 1.0.
