  * Check if query was destroyed on client side before delete it on the
    server side.
  * fork dummy backend from folks tree as a temporary solution before
    its get release on folks.
  * Moved static address-book-service-lib to a different directory.
    Fixed lcov target.
  * Rewrite unit test to work in a server/client way.
  * Created test for add contacts.
  * Updated dummy backend code.
  * Create test to remove contacts functionality.
  * Fixed missing includes. (Fixes Qt 5.2 build)
