* Merge with Debian; remaining changes:
- skel.bashrc:
- Run lesspipe.
- Enable ls aliases.
- Set options in ll alias to -alF.
- Define an alert alias.
- Enabled colored grep aliases.
- etc.bash.bashrc:
- Add sudo hint.
