Hi Thomas,

Thanks for filing an RT, and so sorry for the inconvenience.

The Matrix server is not run by IS so sadly there is nothing IS could do.
When such issues happen, Discourse is usually the best place to go for support.

I believe the team responsible for Matrix replied on the discourse post and all is resolved now, so I'm going to close this ticket.
