Agreement to become an official uploader for Ubuntu Unity flavor

Hi all!

Rudra Saraswat asked me if I could be an official uploader for Ubuntu Unity
flavor. I already upload unity, compiz and indicator-* packages quite
frequently, so I agreed.

Robie Basak asked that I send a statement to this mailing list, so doing that.
