Please could you reduce my DMB term?

Hi Iain,

Done and I've done the same for myself.

I've been on the DMB since it was created and have recently been lacking
the time required to do a good job as a DMB member (due to travel, focus
on upstream work and meeting conflicts) so I'd rather step down than
keep missing meetings and being late on dealing with paperwork for
another year.

The following DMB members therefore will have their membership expire on
the 9th of March:
 - Brian Murray
 - Dimitri John Ledkov
 - Iain Lane
 - Micah Gersten
 - Stéphane Graber

The following two members have their membership expiring at a later time:
 - Adam Conrad (3rd or August 2017)
 - Mathieu Trudel-Lapierre (1st of March 2017)
