Apologies for today's meeting

Hello all,

I'd really like to attend a public event this evening, and since we
have no agenda for today's meeting I would like to excuse myself.

Concerning that, in a meeting a few months ago we raised the idea of
cancelling the meeting if there was no agenda some hours before it --
do we want to try and do that?
