Adding a hook to ubuntu-drivers GUI for a driver PPA

This sounds great to me. If SRU processing is slow that's a problem
which we need to solve either way, and it affects many other packages.
Prodding ~ubuntu-sru members on IRC often helps, but doesn't scale
well of course.
