MRE request: xfce

Upstream's maintenance release statement (This is enforced on all core xfce
components, but followed by all xfce programs):
 >There may be no API/ABI changes in maintenance releases compared to the
corresponding final release of the Xfce core desktop. They also must
 >follow the X.Y.Z versioning format, where Y is an even number (e.g.
xfwm4-4.8.4 or thunar-1.2.4). No new features or strings may be introduced
in
 >these releases.

Upstream has manual testers for all components, and a very small number of
people actually allowed to make releases. Xubuntu and Debian also test the
packages extensively.

The package list is below. Ideally we'd have all included, but due to the
QA issues, only one or two categories might be allowed. (Ordered safest to
least safest)
