This is, in essence, the only real problem we have. We set up this
lovely rotation, and then one of us gets busy for a few weeks, gets
out of the habit, and it snowballs. This is true of every member
of the team, I think, so I won't bother pointing fingers.
We have just recruited a bit of fresh blood (hi, Stephane), which
will help a tad, and once he's up to speed, we'll give him his own
rotation day, but the rest of us surely can and should pull up our
socks and get back on track.
Another thing to note was that we were going to rewrite some of
our tools to make the review process less crap (and, thus, make it
slightly less un-fun to dive in to the queue for a few hours), but
I believe that got stalled/trumped by other things. I'll chase
that up too.
As always, pinging people on IRC, especially for "urgent" updates
is more than acceptable, plus a subtle reminder now and then can
occasionally shame someone into spending a few hours with the
queues (he says, as he's about to go do just that).
