Apologies for meeting tonight

Hello fellow TBlers,

I'm afraid the cold that I have evaded to catch from everyone around
me in the last two months has gotten me at last, I'm not feeling too
well. So I figure I'll have a hot bath and early sleep tonight instead
of staying awake long for the TB meeting.

I responded to Mark's strawman proposal by email already, and it seems
we all by and large agree there, except for some details.
