We reviewed the upstream test suite and current autopkgtests. The
latter currently hang eternally (and thus the test times out), but
aside from that both the upstream tests as well as the autopkgtests
look quite fine and appropriate for catching regressions.

The TB grants a provisional MRE for this, and will review this after a
few successful SRUs.
