For some reason the team wasn't allowing self-renewal which is
inconsistent with the other uploading teams.

I changed that to match the others with a 2 years expiry and
self-renewal allow, you should now be able to self-renew your
membership, if that doesn't work, let me know.

Ccing the DMB who's the owner of that membership team.
