Extension of postfix microversion exception

Roughly half a year ago, I asked for a microversion exception for postfix and 
the tech board agreed to give it a trial:

As requested, we did a trial run of this in Natty and it went well (and then I 
got busy with some other things):

Given the successful trial, I would like to get general approval for this 
going forward.
