Please extend the DMB term of Iain Lane

https://lists.ubuntu.com/archives/technical-board/2011-October/001116.html,
the terms of members the DMB election last February were set to one year
accidentally.  At the time of that E-Mail, Iain decided he did not want
to continue on the DMB through this year.    At the last DMB meeting,
Iain expressed an interest in continuing [1], and we see no reason not
to extend his membership to the full term.  Please extend his membership
to match the others as 2013-02-13.
