it was decided that Remixes can include packages from designated
Extension Repositories. As Remixes are governed by the trademark policy

This opens up the possibility that Remixes will not be freely
redistributable, so we will propose a separate amendment to the TB to
request developers make this obvious up front so that people can check
their rights easily.
