Killing unused packagesets

Hi TB,

The DMB are auditing the packagesets in the archive to make sure that
those we have are useful.

It seems that there are some TB-owned packagesets, amongst the first
that were created, that aren't really relevant any more.

See

  http://people.canonical.com/~stgraber/package_sets/quantal/

for a list. I think that the following could go

  - unr
  - netbook
  - mobile

Please consider this at your next meeting.

Also, the kernel packageset seems to be anomalous in that it is not a
flavour packageset but is not owned by the DMB (which handles applicants
and presumably updates for it). Could you consider transferring the
ownership to the DMB, please?

Cheers,
