[Bug 881487] [NEW] need to be able to see how long it's been since the package was last merged

Public bug reported:

The only prioritization information that merges.ubuntu.com gives is by
archive priority of the package. We never get down to 0 merges for a
cycle, and it's impossible to tell from the available pages if there are
packages that are consistently getting missed for merge. An "age"
column would help with this. (preferably sorted, but having it all
would be a big step forward.)
