DMB list membership

I just re-read the response to my rt ticket (#16775 — the last one,
near the end), and it looks like I misread it in the first
instance. Seems like there's an offer to reset the password and then
send it to TB members. Thereafter you can either give it to one or
more of us or prune the list yourselves.

It'd probably be easiest at this point if you (collective you, any TB
member) just respond on the ticket with what you think should happen.
