Hm, I just checked again, and the ACL is still in place. Do you
confirm that you are "the" https://launchpad.net/~serge-hallyn ? (I'm
99.9% sure, given team membership, BP assignments, and Karma, but
can't hurt to triple-check).

Did you get a particular error message back? Did you use one of the
GPG keys for signing that you stored on LP?
