That's fine by me too, I wanted the CC in the loop because I think it
will not be long before we'll want to recognize contributions to
Principia as a path to membership in the project.

So let's move forward with the Principia leadership team as a delegatee
of the TB, with the goal of identifying core Principia contributors as a
group (like core-dev and related) over time so that we can eventually
hold polls of them. I think we need to give the Principia folk a fairly
free hand on permissions within Principia, and trust the TB to provide
great mentoring and governance.
