Brainstorm Top 10 for June 2010

Greetings,

Does the Technical Board intend to do their quarterly responses to 10
Brainstorm ideas?

This probably should have happened in June. Looking through the TB mail
archive, I don't see any discussion of postponing or dropping the task.
So I suspect it was simply forgotten. It happens!
