Paid Apps review process

Hi Scott,

Thanks for the reply.  I noticed on the calendar that mdz wasn't going to be
there today, so decided to wait till the next meeting.  Please add it to the
agenda if you can (I see you are chair) or I will add it when the page is
updated to reflect the next meeting.
