Hi All,

Thanks all for your feedback and ultimate approval of the proposed
board.

To get things rolling I have done the following:

      * I have created a page that explains the process on
        https://wiki.ubuntu.com/AppReviews - this is a first cut, please
        do add any fixes that you think explain the process easier. 
      * I have asked IS to create a mailing list for the board; I expect
        this to be completed soon. 
      * Requests for app reviews takes place at
        https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu-app-review-board - this is
        where the ARB will review and provide feedbacks on the apps.

When the mailing list is set up, I will announce the process. :-)
