I'm happy for us to seed this new Board in fairly ad hoc fashion, since we
don't know exactly how it will work until we try it. Under the
circumstances, I think perhaps the best thing would be to have a relatively
short initial term (say 6 months?), after which we will go through a more
formal evaluation process. Does that sound OK?
