Please add python-smbc to my upload rights into main

As I am responsible for the printing stack of Ubuntu, I have upload
rights of all printing-related packages to main. I tried to upload
python-smbc today and it seems that it got forgotten to be added to my 
list of upload rights. Can someone correct this? Thanks.

Note that python-smbc is written by Tim Waugh (Red Hat's printing Guru) 
especially for system-config-printer (to access SMB-based print queues 
on Windows servers). Therefore it is a printing-related package like 
python-cups is.

By the way, due to the printing workflow being PDF-based now and not 
PostScript-based any more, Poppler is a print filter now like 
GhostScript is and I have already fixed some upstream bugs in Poppler. 
Can I also have upload rights for Poppler? This will mainly be for 
quickly applying printing-related bug fixes.
