Help requested for Ubuntu Brainstorm response on time synchronization

We actually don't do this consistently in some situations, and I think
that's the root of the problem.  I spent some time investigating and
fixing this, and posted a blog entry about it:

(There are still some details to be worked out in the GNOME bug.)

Is that about right for a Brainstorm response?  Should I post it to
Brainstorm directly myself and mark the idea as implemented?
