Thank you for looking into this Daniel Holbach.

I have found LP to be very helpful for exactly this - tracking teams and members. Unless there is some feature that LP lacks, +1 to LP.

Hello everybody,

after the recent RMB restaffing I just updated the team-council-members
list with the new subscribers.

Welcome everybody, but to be frank, updating the list of subscribers
every now and then is a bit boring job. :-)

I propose we move this list to Launchpad instead [1] where we have
following structure:

Restricted ~governance-boards team owned by ~communitycouncil:
- member ~communitycouncil
- member ~techboard
- member ~ubuntu-lococouncil
- member ~forum-council
- member ~ubuntu-irc-council
- member ~kubuntu-council
- member ~edubuntu-council
- member ~developer-membership-board
- member ~ubuntu-membership-board-americas
- member ~ubuntu-membership-board-emea
- member ~ubuntu-membership-board-asia-oceania
- other members I probably forgot.

This would make bringing everybody up-to-date a lot easier and would
allow us to write tools that take advantage of our governance
infrastucture.

[1] I know we made a decision to have Ubuntu-related mailing lists on
lists.ubuntu.com, but I'd be willing to ignore it this time, maybe we
can set up a an alias or forward or something.

Let me know what you think.

Have a great day,
Daniel
