Creating a Roadmap for more successful Ubuntu teams

Hi Everyone,

I have started putting some facilities in place to encourage the 
development of roadmaps as a means of helping teams to be successful in 
their projects. Many teams don't currently develop roadmaps for a cycle, 
and I think it could be useful for better defining problems and more 
clearly specifying who will work on which part of a problem.

At UDS I am planning on working with some teams and councils to 
encourage experimenting with this kind of approach.

I would like to encourage you all to take a look and see how this could
