[storm] Migrate Storm from Bazaar to Git

Hi,

Does anybody object that we migrate the Storm codebase (
https://launchpad.net/storm ) from Bazaar to Git?

This would especially help with onboarding new joiners, and using modern
developer tooling.

I'll wait at least two weeks before proceeding.
