------------

- Use the postgresfixture package to set up a temporary cluster for
  PostgreSQL tests, simplifying developer setup.

Bug fixes
---------

- Fix incorrect caching of wrapped DB-API exceptions (bug 1845702).
- Support Python 3.6, 3.7, and 3.8.
- Fix incorrect expected type for the 'join' parameter to the C version of
  Compile.__call__ on Python 3.
