[storm] Which projects does use storm?

It's in use in Fluidinfo too. I can't remember the details now, but
there was a company out of Texas using it for automated irrigation
software for farmers. I suspect our actual traction continues to be
low because of the poor documentation situation. I had started a
branch to fix that ages ago but never made enough time to finish it:

It's unlikely I'll ever finish it now... it's languished for literally years.
